The room is not booked until the tariff is paid in full and this is non-returnable.
1.Normal licensing hours will apply (Friday 11pm, Sat 12pm and Sun 10 30pm) and these are the current hours posted on the notice board. The premises must be vacated within one hour.
2.Audio equipment left on the premises will be at the owners risk and must be cleared by 11am the following day.
3.Children should be supervised at all times.
4.All foodstuffs must be removed before vacating the premises.
5.The premises must be left in an orderly condition.
6.All users of the premises should leave in a quiet orderly manner and show consideration for our neighbours.
7.The main lounge and its toilets are the only facilities being hired. The club room, pool table and locker rooms are for the use of the members only.
8.In the event of the overspill car park being used access to the club shall be by the road.
9.All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased on the premises (a suitable corkage may be agreed and paid for prior to consumption).
10.All breakages must be paid for.
11. A hirer providing their own catering will not have use of the kitchen or the clubs catering equipment.
12.The person booking the room will be deemed to the person responsible for these conditions being adhered to by their guests and should be among the last to leave to facilitate this.
Agreement online or the signing of the application form will confirm your acceptance of these conditions.
